"Recent Use Contacts" displays up to 10 contacts that you have been working with most recently.  Click on any client's name here to be taken to your "Contacts" list with their information open for use.  This list is populated based on actions you have taken in the MLS (such as creating a new Auto-Email or CMA, or emailing listings to the contact directly) whether or not the client has viewed this information yet.
