Realist has recently launched their new platform, and a few issues have been brought to our attention.  Most notably among them is that some printed reports are significantly longer than expected.

To get a “normal” sized report, click “Download,” then “Quick Download.” Your browser will download a PDF copy of the report, which you can then open and print.

There is also an alternative to Realist for public records information called "Matrix 360."  You can find this tool by holding your mouse over the "Public Records" tab in the Matrix toolbar, then clicking "Matrix Tax Search."

We have requested that a dedicated “Print” button be added to Realist from our vendor, and this is in development.
