Mecklenburg County Order Amended To Clarify Real Estate Services

While some clarification was issued from Mecklenburg County last week regarding walk-throughs and closings, more clarification was clearly needed.  After many discussions with the County Manager, we’re pleased to report that as of April 3, 2020, we have received further clarifications pertaining to listings, selling or renting/leasing property, measuring and obtaining photography and/or video.  Read more at https://bit.ly/2UGHKz6.
