Settings

Located in the header by clicking the user’s name, the, “Utility Menu” provides access to the user’s personal Settings, Help section, Team Member switching and Logout.

The following, "My Information" features have been updated:

Header & Footer: OneHome agents will notice that, since OneHome no longer displays a branded banner, the interactive “Portal Header” area of this section no longer exists . This section is now used exclusively for branding the “Print Header” and, "Print Footer".

Portal Profile: OneHome agents will notice that, because the Client Portal has been replaced with, "OneHome" the, "Portal Profile" section no longer exists.  Matrix users must now configure your OneHome contact information via the, "OneHome" tab.

OneHome: OneHome agents will notice the addition of a new, "OneHome" tab.  This section essentially allows the agent to configure what contact information should appear to their clients in OneHome.
