NAR provides zipForm Plus Agent Edition (online only) for free as a member benefit to all REALTORS®. However, the offline desktop version (Standard Edition) carries a $59.95 cost.

If you have ever previously used the zipForm Standard Edition (desktop software), your recent invoice may include the $59.95 line item for the Standard Edition renewal.

To renew the online edition at no cost, simply click the red "X" next to the Standard Edition renewal item to remove it from the invoice and continue to check out at a cost of $0. 

After doing so, you will continue to have access to the zipForm Plus Agent Edition (online only) provided by NAR.
