Showing agents should be aware that feedback might be viewed directly by the seller.  Do not include your contact information in feedback provided to ShowingTime except for your first name.  Too much could be construed as interfering with the agency relationship a Realtor^® has with a client (Code of Ethics, Article 16).  Realtors^® found in violation of the Code pay an automatic $500 fee, and fines can go up to $15,000.  Through ShowingTime, the listing agent can choose to either “publish feedback” automatically or “hold for review.”
