OneHome Product Update - Enhanced Agent Branding

To create an optimal agent-branded experience for consumers, you should:

 

  • Go to Matrix > Settings > My Information > Access the OneHome tab
  • Enter your profile information, upload pictures and videos, add your social media details, etc.
  • Save your changes—all changes will then be reflected in OneHome

If an agent does not complete their agent profile, OneHome will display a default message instead:

 

“Together, we'll use OneHome to search for your dream home, exchange notes on what interests you, and schedule property visits and open houses. To contact me, select my icon at the bottom right corner.”

New Branding on Property Details Page

We’ve introduced a new “talk to your agent” feature on all property detail pages. Clients can see their agent’s photo and contact information, helping to keep them top of mind and increasing engagement.
