Canopy MLS and Longleaf Pine REALTORS® MLS have agreed to share MLS access through CoreLogic’s IntraMatrix.

In addition, offers of compensation made through each MLS will be extended to Participants in the other MLS.*

Beginning August 1, once you have logged into Matrix, simply select “IntraMatrix” from the tabs along the top to immediately access the listing search of the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® MLS. This will open a new tab in your browser, and you can switch between the Canopy MLS and Long Leaf Pine REALTORS® MLS systems by switching between your browser tabs as needed.

The Longleaf Pine REALTORS® MLS system has the same functionality as the Canopy MLS system, although it may look a little different. For example, the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® MLS has different statuses and field names than Canopy.

These are the features of each system that will be available to Canopy MLS and Longleaf Pine Realtors® MLS Participants and Subscribers:

• Direct and Auto-Email
• OneHome: If a new Auto-Email is set up for a client with an existing Canopy MLS Auto-Email, they will receive two Auto-Emails. When the client clicks a link sent from Longleaf Pine they will only be able to view the listing sets (Agent Saved Searches/Auto Emails/Direct Emails) associated with that Matrix system. When the client clicks a link sent from Canopy, they will only see the listing sets sent from Canopy’s Matrix. You will need to customize your Information tab, OneHome branding, and Email Signature in each system.

• Supra eKEY - Canopy MLS and Longleaf Pine REALTORS® MLS have a Cooperating Supra Key agreement. Subscribers will no longer need to subscribe to both MLSs to have their keys cooperating in each other’s service area; however, action is needed.  If your primary Supra eKEY is with Canopy MLS, contact the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® MLS and request a cooperating key, 910-323-1421. If your primary Supra eKEY is with the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® MLS, contact Canopy MLS and request a cooperating key, 704-940-3110.  
   

The agreement between Canopy MLS and Longleaf Pine REALTORS® MLS does not permit Participants and Subscribers to list properties directly in the other MLS system.
