Update 11/1/23After working with their provider on implementing required changes to ShowingTime's SMS messages, they report that SMS messages that were previously being blocked are now successfully going through as expected. Their provider notified them yesterday afternoon that this has been resolved.  ShowingTime has been closely monitoring the situation, and confirms that they are back to normal operations.

ShowingTime has reported issues with the delivery of ShowingTime SMS notifications (text messages) being mistaken as spam, affecting subscribers across various mobile providers.

ShowingTime is working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will update you with any new information about this issue when the problem is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the meantime, ShowingTime recommends relying on additional notification preferences and downloading the ShowingTime mobile app, as this allows users to bypass any provider issues that can occur with email clients and SMS carriers, and push notifications in the mobile app are not affected.
