When entering a listing in Canopy MLS there are multiple different ways a garage can be included or described.  Now, when a garage has been indicated in a listing, the “Number of Garage Spaces” field will be required.  The “Number of Garage Spaces” field shows how many vehicle parking spaces a given garage is sized for.  If multiple garages are present on the property (or in the listing) the total number of spaces of all included garages can be listed.

This change will help potential buyers and their agents when searching for properties, as well as appraisers when they are searching for comparable listings.
