Due to some carriers blocking text messages from ShowingTime, a new opt in process has been created. For all new mobile numbers added to the ShowingTime system and existing numbers that have been inactive for 60 days, a message will be sent with a START or STOP prompt.

• If no response, the delivery would be delayed until opt in
• If the response is START, all messages that were not sent will be delivered
• If the response is STOP, the mobile number will be marked as Do Not Send

As always, the best way for you to receive all notifications is to download the ShowingTime app. Your clients can also download the Home by ShowingTime app to stay informed throughout the transaction. This process will begin today, Tues., Apr. 9.
