Starting soon, some new options will be available to use on your listings:

• Pearl Certification: In the “Green Verification Type” you will now be able to select that a home has the Pearl Certification.  Learn more about Pearl Certification.
• Triannual HOA Fees: The “HOA Fee Frequency” field will now offer an option for fees that are paid three times per year.
• Internet: When listing a property for rent, the “Tenant Responsibilities” field will have an option for internet access.
• En-Suite Bathroom: When adding rooms to your listing, selecting the “Primary Bedroom”, “Bedroom”, and “Bedroom/Bonus” options will now have a “Room Feature” available that shows there is a bathroom directly accessible through that bedroom.
• Coffered Ceiling(s): When adding rooms to your listings, all rooms will now have an additional ceiling option in the “Room Features” field.

Note: the existing ceiling options, Cathedral Ceiling(s), Tray Ceiling(s), and Vaulted Ceiling(s) will now only be available in the Room Features list.  This allows a specific ceiling type to be described within a specific room.  The ceiling types will no longer be available in the Interior Features field.
