In light of Hurricane Helene’s impact to the Asheville region & MSA housing market, Canopy MLS has temporarily suspended its monthly release of housing data.  Canopy MLS will continue monitoring trends in the region as well as additional indices to create a more comprehensive view of the hurricane’s impact on the market and its recovery and will release these findings in mid-January 2025.
