Did you know that Senate Bill 317 - which addressed the workforce housing crisis, is the result of collaborative efforts between NC REALTORS® and the NC Home Builders Association?

The bill will create a new class of “subdivisions” which reduces regulatory burdens while incentivizing builders to build more workforce housing. It is a voluntary market-based solution to address the shortage of both market rate and workforce housing.
