ATTN: Spectrum and AT&T users. A network error between our login system and a data center used by these ISPs may be causing you to see a "502 Bad Gateway" error when trying to access Matrix.  Our network team is treating this as a critical issue and is working with Spectrum to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The Matrix system is unaffected by this error.  If you need access to Matrix now, connecting your device to a different network before logging in should allow you in to the MLS, but this is not guaranteed to work.  One method of doing this would be to use your mobile phone as a "hotspot", and connect the device you are using to your mobile phone's network.  Next, login to your account and open Matrix.  Once Matrix is open you can switch to your regular Wifi connection again and should be able to continue without issue.

An alternative to using a hotspot is to travel to a new location - such as your office, a public library, or a location (such as a local coffee shop) with public internet access.

We are working to resolve this critical issue as quickly as possible, and will post a notice when it has been resolved.  We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
