Syndication Tip: When Photos Don’t Populate on Syndication Sites

When you upload photos to your listing, you expect them to appear on syndication sites like Realtor.com as well as IDX sites. In most cases, this happens as long as your Syndication settings allow for distribution. From time to time, you may need to upload additional photos and discover they aren’t populating as expected.

Adding new photos should update the modification timestamp and send a signal to receiving websites that changes have been made to the listing, prompting a data refresh.

If this doesn’t happen, log in to the Add/Edit section of your listing and select Manage Photos. Then, choose two similar photos and swap their positions. You only need to do this once. After about an hour, review the website where the photos were missing.
