Canopy MLS is introducing two new fields to help identify information about listed properties:

CO Issued Yes/No: This will be used to show whether or not a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for the listed property on or before the time the listing closed.  This field will be required when changing all New Construction listings to Closed status.

Private Pool on Property Yes/No: This field will be paired with the “On Site Private Pool Features” field.  When “Yes” is selected in Private Pool on Property, the On Site Private Pool Features field will be required, if the field is set to “No” the On Site Private Pool Features field must be empty.  This is to help clarify whether a pool indicated in a listing exists on the listed property or is elsewhere in the community.
