The MLS Touch app allows you to access your account on a maximum of five devices. If you received a message that you have reached this limit you will need to deactivate one or more devices on your account before you are able to sign in with a new device. You will use the MLS Touch "Mobile Portal" to do this, which is linked here:

At the top right of this page click the "Mobile Portal" link - do not click "Login".
On the next screen select Canopy MLS, then sign in with your Canopy username and password. Next, click the "Devices" button to see a list of all devices on your account, active and inactive. Identify any devices you are no longer using and un-check them in the "Status" column. Once you have deactivated at least one device, you should be all set.
