10/13/2026 - Reminder: Agent Responsibilities During Showings

Agents are reminded that they should remain with prospective buyers throughout the entire showing and should not allow buyers to explore a property unattended.

Agents are responsible for supervising those they bring into a property and ensuring the seller’s belongings are respected and protected.

If a prospective buyer is left unattended and property is discovered missing, the agent who scheduled the showing may be held responsible.
