Mecklenburg County Property Revaluation – Remember to update your listings!

The 2019 Mecklenburg County Property Revaluation is complete. Updated property values are now available online.  This revaluation will affect Realtors® in a couple of different ways:

1. Listing agents are responsible for modifying their listings to reflect the correct tax value.  Don’t forget to change the tax value on your listing once your seller receives their notice, or you can look up the new value online.
2. Remember the tax values in Realist are pre-revaluation values. Realist will not be updated with the new tax values until the appeal process concludes and Mecklenburg County has certified the final tax values.
