Clients who are using their OneHome portal to search for properties they are interested in can take any of several different actions - such as saving listings as "Favorites" or adding notes to those listings. As their agent, you will want to know when these happened. Matrix has the ability to keep you up to date on all of your clients' activities through the "Portal Notification Settings". Here, you can request an email alert as soon as any of your selected actions take place, or you can get a daily summary of all actions you want to know about.
To begin, click your name at the top right of the Matrix page, then click "Settings", then on the following page click "Portal Notification Settings".
Here, simply check the actions you want to know about and the way you want to know about them. You can "mix and match" as you like as well - for instance, you can select "Saves a Favorite" and "Adds Notes" in the "Notify me ASAP via Email" column to get these notices right away, while also selecting "Visits Portal" in the "Notify me via Daily Summary Email" to get a once-a-day overview of your client's visits to OneHome.
This page also allows you to add or remove client actions from the "Timeline" display. The Timeline feature is a slide-out panel on your Matrix "Home" page that provides an up-to-the minute list of all activities. This tool will even show which account was used to take the action for those Contacts with multiple email addresses in use - now you can see exactly who saved a listing as a favorite, or discarded a particular property.
Select all of the actions you want to know about, then click "Save" at the top right of the page, and you're all set!
