The Supra eKEY app uses Bluetooth to connect with keyboxes.

When you upgrade to iOS 13, you will receive a new prompt that Supra eKEY would like to use Bluetooth.  Please tap “OK” at the prompt.  If you select “Don’t Allow,” you will not be able to open keyboxes.

If you have already selected “Don’t Allow” after upgrading to iOS 13, you will need to re-enable Bluetooth access for the eKey app.  To do this, open “Settings,” tap “Privacy,” then choose “Bluetooth Sharing.”  Locate “Supra eKEY” and turn on access to be able to open keyboxes again.
