Email Signature

To edit your Matrix Email Signature:

  1. Click the down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen, then click "Settings:
  2. Select "My Information"
  3. Click on the "Email Signature" tab.
  4. Type in your email signature and click the "Save" button.

 

Your email signature is saved and will appear on every email you send through Matrix.  When sending an email, you can also click "Edit My Signature" at the bottom of the email screen to make changes as necessary.
