Listings that have been emailed are part of what is syncing between our current Matrix system and our new Matrix  RESO DD system, during the conversion between Feb. 6, 10 a.m. until Feb. 7 at Noon.

During the conversion, you can email listings using the Print to PDF option in Matrix (Client Full w/photos is going to be your best option here), or you can send using one of our auxiliary systems, Remine or RPR.

Print to PDF in Matrix:

Go to the listing(s) that you would like to send.  Check the box and select "Print" from the Actions menu.

Select "Client Full w/photos" and then "Print to PDF"

Remine:

Go to the Agent Full display for the listing that you want to send and click on the Remine deep link icon as shown below.

A new tab will open with that property.  It may take a minute to load.

Then click the share button at the top right next to the picture.

This pop up will open and you can either send thru Remine, or copy the link to your regular email.

You can also email listings using RPR

Go to the Agent Full display for the listing that you want to send and click on the RPR deep link icon as shown below.

A new tab will open with that property.  Click the Crete Report icon to get started.

You have several options of reports here, the 1 page option is called the Property Flyer.

You will need to select 1 photo, and write a headline to create the report.

Click the Run Report button at the bottom of that section.  RPR will notify you when the report is ready, usually 2 to 3 minutes.

You can also email directly from RPR.
