We appreciate our members sharing feedback on Residential Search, Manufactured, Modular and Basement Options.  The following changes will be implemented on Mon., Mar. 13:

• Remove "Single Family" as the default Type selection for Residential searches, so there will be no default selection.
• Remove “Manufactured” and “Modular Home” from the Type field. The manufactured and modular options will remain in the Sub Type and Construction Type fields.
• Move the "Basement" selection from the Basement field to the Foundation field.  Relabel the Basement field as Basement Details.

These changes are being made to the listing data, and default search screens only. Saved searches should have minimal impact. See the list of other issues being worked on and resolved here.
