The Canopy MLS Board of Directors approved more than a dozen suggestions from members recently, which will be implemented in Matrix October 17.

• Make Road Surface Type a required field for all property categories
• Add new required fields for Application Fee, Admin Fee, and Move in Fee for Residential Rentals
• Relabel Marketing Date to Marketing/Active Date on the Status page in Add/Edit to clarify which date should be used, and update the Coming Soon-No Show Status Seller Authorization form.
