The Canopy MLS Board of Directors approved more than a dozen suggestions from members recently, which will be implemented in Matrix October 17.

Make Road Surface Type a required field for all property categories
Add new required fields for Application Fee, Admin Fee, and Move in Fee for Residential Rentals
Relabel Marketing Date to Marketing/Active Date on the Status page in Add/Edit to clarify which date should be used, and update the Coming Soon-No Show Status Seller Authorization form.

Updated Property Data Forms are available now from the Resources tab in Matrix. Click on the Canopy MLS Forms link (login required).
