ListHub and Zillow have entered into a new agreement to provide Zillow Group website metrics in the ListHub reports for those ListHub customers whose MLSs provide brokers with the option to send their listings to the Zillow Group.

Setup is in progress now for this new solution, which will replace any previous setups for Zillow Group metrics integrations. 

While we are building the new system, we are not accepting new setup requests for Zillow metrics integrations under the old method.  If you already have Zillow metrics setup in ListHub for your listings we will continue to support the existing setup until a full and seamless cutover is completed.

There is no action required to take advantage of the new solution.

For brokers who provide their listings to Zillow outside of the MLS, please contact customer care to discuss options for integrating Zillow metrics into your ListHub reports.
