Canopy MLS does not offer the ability to send mass emails or download a list of agent email addresses from Matrix. We do as much as we can to discourage or prevent the ability of members to farm emails from our websites and systems.  The Canopy Realtor® Association and Canopy MLS have a privacy policy that says, “We do not share your personal information.  We do not sell or otherwise distribute your e-mail address.” 

We don’t provide agent email addresses on our members-only website CanopyRealtors.com or on our public website CarolinaHome.com.  An email link is provided to send messages through a web form instead, to allow agents to be contacted directly while still protecting their privacy. This is done to prevent email addresses from being scraped or farmed by bots or other web services.
 

The agent search in Matrix only displays the email address on the full display for a singular agent. The single line display can show multiple agents so this display only has an envelope icon so it is impossible to scrape long lists of emails from Matrix. This also applies to listings searches. All listing search results, will show the same envelope icon for the listing agent or selling agent email addresses as well.
