Firm Exclusive Registration

Use this process ONLY if your seller has selected “Registration Only” on the Seller Authorization for Limited Marketing form.
If you are entering the Firm Exclusive listing into the MLS, do not complete this registration.

Step 1: Seller Authorization

• Have the seller complete and sign the Seller Authorization for Limited Marketing form (the “Form”).
• Retain the signed Form with your listing documents.
• If requested by Canopy MLS, you must provide the completed Form within two (2) days.

Step 2: Register the Listing

• Register the Firm Exclusive listing with Canopy MLS on the Canopy MLS Firm Exclusive Registration page (For heads of firm only.  Must be logged in to your Canopy MLS account first).
• This must be completed within two (2) business days of the listing’s Effective Date.
