• Three options: Public, Limited Exposure, Firm Exclusive 
• More seller control over privacy vs. exposure 
• New required Listing Visibility field (used with status) 
• One-way progression to broader exposure only 
• Updated rules impacting syndication, DOM/CDOM, and marketing
