Canopy MLS has created a new “Compensation Remarks” field. Any necessary comments regarding compensation can only be provided in the Compensation Remarks (see Canopy MLS Rules Section 6.2). The new “Compensation Remarks” field will be distributed in data feeds beginning August 1, and can be displayed on brokerage and third-party websites.
