You can upload a total of 11 total attachments to a single listing and the attachment file size must be 10MB or lower for each individual attachment.
If you receive an error message when uploading an attachment to a listing, this usually means the attachments file size is more than 10MB. In this case, you'll need to compress the file down to a smaller file size. You can compress the file size down in any PDF editor such as PDFcompressor.com, Adobe Acrobat, PDF Suite, PDF Pro, and more. There are also a few free options on the internet to accomplish this as well - a web search for "How to Compress a PDF File for Free" will show multiple options to accomplish this, or will provide instructions to do this in one of the PDF editing programs mentioned above, if you already have one installed on your computer. Follow the prompts in the PDF editor you’ve selected to upload the pdf file, compress it down to a size below 10MB, and then save the newly compressed file to your computer. You’ll then be able edit your listing, go to “Manage Attachments”, upload the newly compressed pdf file to attach it to the listing in Matrix.
